The Jogging Club for Women only 


My name is Debra and I am passionate about running!
 
My Jogging Club, UcanJog2 or The Pink Ladies (as we have been nicknamed!) is a fantastic way to start jogging whether you are a complete beginner or already jogging.

Now in it's 7th year UcanJog2 has proven that jogging as part of a group is much more beneficial, enjoyable, fun, safe and sociable than running on your own. 

What makes my jogging sessions successful is not only the planning and structure to improve your personal goals but also the  support, encouragement, personal attention, enthusiasm, and some say....my personality! As well the camaraderie and friendship that is built up with the other ladies.

I began jogging to achieve my own personal goals and completed the London Marathon 2013  & 2015 as well as regularly entering half marathons 10k events and triathlons. 
My goal and passion now is to help other women reach their potential and achieve their goals through UcanJog2.
 
 
I am a qualified fitness instructor with over 20 years experience in the Health & Fitness Industry and a UKA Running Leader.
